Office Building and No. 1 Factory Building Project (hereinafter referred to as "this Project") has been approved for construction by the Pingshan Administration of Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources (Shenzhen Planning and Resources Construction Permit No. PS-2019-0058). This Project now meets the tender conditions for the elevator project. In accordance with the "Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China," and relevant local laws, regulations, and rules, a public tender is hereby conducted for the elevator project of this Project. II. Project Overview and Tender Scope 1. Construction location: Shenzhen Zhonglong Meat Food Industrial Park, No. 135 Longxing North Road, Longtian Subdistrict, Pingshan District, Shenzhen. 2. Number and load capacity of elevators: 2.1 Office building: 5 passenger elevators in total, each with a load capacity of 1.0T (including one accessible elevator and one fire elevator). 2.2 No. 1 factory building: 3 passenger elevators in total, each with a load capacity of 1.0T (including one fire elevator). 3. Construction period: To meet the requirements of civil engineering construction and acceptance. 4. Project quality requirements: Construction shall meet the Shenzhen municipal safety and civilized construction standards for construction projects, and the quality upon project completion acceptance shall reach the standard of one-time acceptance qualification. 5. Tender scope: Design and optimization of equipment, manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, installation, etc., to meet the requirements of on-site safety and civilized construction. 6. Section division: This project is divided into one section. III. Bidder Qualification Requirements 1. This tender requires bidders to be equipment sales and installation enterprises with legal operating qualifications in the local area for this specialty, with project performance of similar scale to this Project within the past five years, and with corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds. Bidders must be elevator manufacturers or their authorized agents. 2. This tender requires that the management personnel assigned by the bidder to this Project comply with the requirements of the local government authorities and have no adverse records. 3. Qualification review of bidders for this Project shall adopt the post-qualification method. 4. Consortium bids are not accepted for this tender. IV.
